Louis Vuitton online store has plenty of delivery spots to service shoppers from all over the world. After we confirm your payment, we would ship the package out from warehouse within 48 hours & send the tracking No. to your E-mail. If your order is chosen, you will be notified & your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct & deliverable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will get an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order at.

What will I be charged for shipping

Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.

When will my order arrive

Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please contact us by clicking the 'Contact Us' button on the website. We will get back to you quickly.
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt, please read through and sign the "Proof of Delivery" (POD) and sign in the relevant sections as this will protect your interests, regarding any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.

In order to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible, if you are not at home when we try to deliver we might leave your parcel with one of your neighbours. If we do this we will leave a card stating where the parcel has been left. In case we cannot reach you or your neighbours to receive your parcel we will leave a card in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the card to schedule a delivery day. You will find the contact details on the card.


Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.


Your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us, we offer the return and exchange instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support & you needn't to send anything back.


Within 7 days(from the date you get the products),if you are not satisfied the products in color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition:1.You need to send back to us the products in original package(except tryout), you will pay the shipping fee.2.We will resend the products to you as soon as possible after your payment.


We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 7 days of purchase (from the date products were received, and you will pay the shipping fee),if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and replaced. When we receive the products and make sure they are non-human factors or non-resistant external damage ,we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also charge a 15% of re-stocking fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

For security reasons the precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. All deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt (for your own benefit, please INSPECT GOODS THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING).

Once delivered, the Product(s) ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility and, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
